i mean, the privacy side of things seems okay to me so far. Nothing really stood out as concerning, and it feels straightforward overall.

I mainly used SurveyMonkey for the ready-made templates, but they felt a bit basic and outdated. Some of the questions were helpful, sure, but I still ended up rewriting a lot of them to fit what I actually needed. For the price, I expected better quality and more variety. It works fine, just wasn’t as useful as I was hoping.

I needed to cancel my plan and it ended up being mostly easy. It took a little clicking around to find the billing page, the confirmation email came through fast once I was done. I do wish the cancel option was a bit more obvious, but it wasn’t a big hassle.

There were a ton of question options, which was nice, and overall it was easy to get through. Nothing felt like some annoying, brain-melting nonsense, so yeah, solid experience.

Adding teammates and setting roles was super quick, which I appreciated. No real headache or confusing steps. I mean, it was almost boring how easy it was, but also kind of a relief because I really didn’t want to deal with admin stuff that day.

I just used SurveyMonkey again recently for a small project, and it reminded me why I’m fine paying for it. I didn’t need anything super advanced, just a quick way to put together a survey and see the results without a lot of hassle. Compared to the other tools I’ve tried, it felt faster and way less frustrating this time around, so the pricing seemed fair to me. Overall, I’m still happy with the value.

Sometimes it wasn’t totally clear what different people could see or change, so we ended up having conversations in email or chat just to explain feedback that I wish could have been handled inside the tool. It’s not unusable by any means, but for what it costs, I really expected the collaboration side to feel more organized and smoother

It never missed any responses and worked well the whole time. I know, absolutely wild when something actually does what it’s supposed to do.
